I think a certain R.O. echoed the thoughts of many naysayers of Orgasmic Meditation in a hub thread when he said:
OM is not a spiritual or sacred practice. It is a sensual practice. I am not saying it isn’t valuable, but it is not a sacred path or practice like Buddhism, HInduism, Jainism etc. When I say the name is a turnoff I mean just that. It is a very clever marketing name indeed. OM – Orgasmic Meditation. I mean, damn, that’s awesome advertising.But “OM” is a truly sacred word, the first sound ever made in the Universe by the Creator. The turn off is that it’s false advertising. It implies a spiritual practice but it’s not. When I speak to people who have been around the organization for a long time they will say, “it’s not a spiritual practice, but it is a practice.” So is piano playing. So is gymnastics. This is the practice of orgasm. That’s a great thing. But it’s not a path to oneness with God. If people tell you that it is they are utterly confused. I truly hope the organization isn’t now saying that it is – I’ve never heard them say that, so I have no argument with them. Be very careful. False practices can really trip you up. Meaning, by all means practice OMing just know what it is and what it isn’t.
Now other people have said that OM is not spiritual because it has a very strict sequence of well-defined procedures.
Now let’s compile all the reason that OM is a spiritual practice:
- It was founded when Nicole Daedone was about to check into a Buddhist monastery. She tried OM and realized she could get to the same spiritual states through this practice as her Buddhist practice.
- We reach the same meditation mental states of a Tibetan monk in minutes not decades.
- It is clearly a mindfulness practice

Supernormal sensitivity and electricity
The advanced students of orgasmic meditation develop above-average sensitivity and electricity. As far as sensitive, here is an example. I was once stroking a female and asked Rafael Martinez, a 9-year veteran, for advice. He said: “move over to the left about half an inch, you feel that sensation over there?” and as soon as I did it, she started shaking her legs and thighs.
In terms of electricity, the more you develop in this practice, the more you accumulate a charge in your body that is irresistable to women. They will literally approach you.

It would appear that OM is a practice which pleasures the female at the expense of the male. This is false. The goal in OM is Orgasm – a continuous state of enjoyment that persists for hours, days, weeks, months, years. When the moment of climax is extended this way, it is orgasm.
A female has a built in propensity to climax numerous times without “shooting her wad.” OM leverages this propensity. The female climax nourishes both parties at all levels of their being.
Of course, the OM Practice itself is goalless. So it actually is wrong to say the goal is orgasm.
Balancing sex and feeling
Our society teaches women to close up their sex. A woman who seeks multiple sex partners is called a “slut” in our society while a man who does this is a stud or Don Juan. Conversely, men are taught to close off their feelings… a feeling man is a wimp or pussy. OM rebalances the scale, women open up their sex and learn to make requests for what they want and men learn to communicate through feeling.

What happens in OM and the states that you get to can only be achieved with another person.
There are many reasons for this from the way the bodies intertwine, to the mechanics of the precise stroke we use for 13 minutes and then the other one we use for 2 minutes. But the more you learn about it, the more you see this is the case.
Think of it as backscratching. What feels better? Scratching your own back or relaxing and guiding someone until they hit the spot?
