Cherwitz could face up to 20 yrs, 250k fine & up to 3 yrs supervised release if found guilty. Case now moves to Eastern District of NY where indictment filed. Cherwitz agreed to have no contact w fmr or current #OneTaste members/employees except 2 who are her surety bond
